Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SpaceNFT provided by the Space Vizsla Project. By adding the Bot to your Discord server or otherwise accessing or using the Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Bot.

Note: The SpaceNFT bot does not have the ability to request transactions, and is used for verification of publicly available on-chain information only.

1. Use of the Bot

1.1 The Bot is provided to you for non-commercial use ( i.e. you cannot sell our bot servics). You may use the Bot only in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations.

1.2 You may not use the Bot in any way that violates the Discord Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, or that infringes upon the rights of others.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

2.1 The Bot, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by the Space Vizsla Project (developer account Iceee1000) and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

2.2 You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Bot without the express written consent of the Developer.

3. User Content

3.1 By using the Bot, you grant the Developer permission to use content submitted to the bot.

3.2 You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to submit any User Content you provide and that your User Content does not violate these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

4.1 The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Developer does not warrant that the Bot will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 In no event shall the Developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use or inability to use the Bot.

6. Changes to Terms

6.1 The Developer reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how SpaceNFT bot collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Bot on your Discord server.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 User Data: The Bot may collect and store information that you provide when interacting with the Bot, such as your discord user ID, server you accessed the bot from, and any public wallet addresses you submit to the bot for verification.

1.2 Server Data: The Bot may collect and store information about your Discord server, including server name and server ID.

2.1 To Provide Services: We use the information collected to provide and maintain the functionality of the Bot, including responding to commands and performing requested actions.

3. Information Sharing

3.1 With Third Parties: We do not share the relationship between Discord user IDs and wallet addresses to 3rd parties.

3.2 With Server Owners: We may share public wallet addresses associated with a given role with server administrators. However, we do not share wallet owner Discord identities with server owners.

4. Security

4.1 We take reasonable measures to protect the information collected from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
