In Server Settings -> Roles, drag the SpaceNFT role up above any roles it may be used to assign.
Next, give members a way to verify with the bot! SpaceNFT has a built-in command to make this easy. We suggest creating a verification channel for user verification. For easy setup, use the command /set_verify_embed to post the instruction embed below with a verify button. This has detailed instructions on how to link a wallet and verify with the bot.
! Note: To post this embed in a channel, the bot needs to be able to view the channel, Send Messages, and use Embed Links. Check your channel permission overrides in Edit Channel -> Permissions -> Advanced permissions and ensure these are set to "/" or green checkmark for posting this embed message!
Once this embed is posted you may disable the Send Messages permission in channel settings to make the channel read only. Users can now follow the instructions in the embed message to verify. Note: After linking their wallet at https://www.spacenftbot.xyz users still need to return to Discord and press the "Verify" button to verify for a given server! Verifications take a snap-shot of a users NFT holdings when the verify button is pressed and award any roles if applicable.
Optional: As an alternate way to verify, users can also use the command /spaceverify in any channel to verify and/or receive instructions for verification.
That's it! You can now move on to setting up role-reward rules for NFT/token holdings!
